Have had intermittent lower left back pain past 4 days with minimal bowel movements. Pain now got so bad I vomited but has again subsided with heating pad and a muscle relaxer. have GI Doc appt tomorrow. Can I wait or do I need to go to the ER? Should I try an enema first?
