Pursuing a medical diagnosis Male 170lbs 5'8 In pretty good

Customer Question

Pursuing a medical diagnosis
In pretty good shape
Background - I've always felt like I get sick more frequently than my peers and required more sleep since I was maybe 15 but everything else seemed to start around age 20.
Always tired - even though I get enough sleep, this is my biggest complaint. It also tends to flare up and be more extreme at times. I feel like I'm very sensitive to sleep changes as well, If I only get 6 hours one night I feel completely miserable.
Cognitive issues - cant think of words, problems concentrating
Frequently sick - throat, sinus congestion, head ache, nasal swelling very consistent in the symptoms every time. Like the same "virus" but I just keep getting it once every 6-8 weeks. 2nd biggest complaint
Dull body aches / Malaise - like when you have the flu and you are starting to feel a little bit better, but still dont feel well.
Quickly winded when exercising - even though I'm in good shape.
vision fluctuations (hard time focusing)
Irritable bowel type symptoms - My doctor prescribed cymbalta for the body aches a few years ago and it does somewhat help with the aches, but it actually helped the most with the irritable bowel, a drastic improvement.
Doctors visits have never produced any clues, with the exception of allergies, allergic to most things outside lots of trees, grasses, pollen ( tried a million different allergy medications and nasal sprays thinking maybe its why I'm frequently getting sick, but the allergy meds don't seem to make much difference in reducing how often I get sick) I also did allergy shots for 18-24months, which when they retested me it seemed the shots hadn't made any difference, I was still reactiving to everything.
Medical Tests
- sleep study - normal
- all blood tests / cbc panels - normal
- Testosterone - very low end of normal I believe it was 355.
- Thyroid Normal - normal
- Lyme Disease - negative
- 1st colonoscopy at age 20 normal
- 2nd colonoscoy at age 26 normal
- thyroid normal
- EKG normal
- heart stress / treadmill test normal ( although I was 100% exhausted afterwards and went and laid down in my car for 20min afterwards).

Thanks for that. Can you tell me you are having any fatigue? Pain radiates from one body part to another? How you have been feeling in your mood for the last few weeks? Any stressors at present?
