I've been having severe stomach cramping with watery yellow

Customer Question

I've been having severe stomach cramping with watery yellow diarrhea for the last 2 days, I lost track of how many times. I feel weak but not feverish, should I go to the ER?
JA: How long has this been bothering you? Are you experiencing any vomiting or nausea?
Customer: Nausea is mainly while I'm having diarrhea, feels like I've been punched in the stomach.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: No, I'm pretty healthy other than I have had a lot of neck pain since this began.
