Customer Question

My thirteen year old boy has immense pain in the whole mouth. There are no blisters, sores, or ulcers. It is not swollen or red. Nothing is visible. How to treat this and what does it come from. He's been the the pediatrition and dentist. They do not see anything and don't know what this is. THis is day #3. THank you and desperately waiting to hear from you.
