After bowel, movement my anal hurts. Do that have anything to do with testicular cancer I'm 27 years old.

No blood mixed with stool, but one time did have blood wipe on paper after hard stool.. No lumps near anus. Also, Iwent to dr. and had blood test last year and the Doctor said I had elevated protein in blood..

I am sorry to hear about your problems.

Most likely you have Anal fissure. It is like a small cut or tears to the skin, an anal fissure will often heal by itself within a few weeks.

No need to worry for testicular cancer. Please don't take stress.

Following tips would be helpful-

1. An OTC Cream containing Hydrocortisone for local application around anal region.

2. Prevent constipation - Exercise regularly , Take lot of fluids, Take fibrous diet , Avoid stress, Take warm milk at night time .

3. Keep the anal area dry.

4. You should have sitz bath , it means you need to soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15

minutes 2-3 times a day.

Lifestyle changes are very helpful. It includes-
Healthy food and avoiding meat and oily items. You should add more fiber to the diet and eat regular meals.
Staying late nights is not advised. One should avoid alcohol and smoke Exercises and plenty of fluids would help.

You should follow these tips, If symptoms doesn't start to improve in 1 week, then please see your doctor.

The normal range for protein in blood is 6.0 to 8.3 gm/dL (grams per deciliter).

If you have high levels, then it is called as hyperproteinemia and it might indicate you have a disease.

Having high blood protein could cocur with-


-Bone marrow disorder,

-Chronic inflammatory conditions.

You can discuss this issue with your doctor.

Please don't worry for testicular cancer.

You don't have any such serious issue.
