For lack of energy you should check your thyroid function test. To improve your energy you can start an aerobic exercise program, balanced diet and try to sleep 8-9 hours per day. Activities for relaxation have also showed to improve the levels of energy in people. Sessions of at least 60 minutes 3 times per week are recommended. Let me know if you have any other questions.
