Hello !

Yes you may have a permanent pacemaker and use a Nitro patch

Work with you cardiologist OF COURSE with regard to any problems or worsening that you may have whether angina or shortness of breath ...

The pacemaker is not a contraindication to you using a nitroglycerin patch though
