Customer Question

I talked to a doctor the other day about my symptoms and basically she said i have heart burn or maybe acid reflux. my question is that the one thing that has persisted the entire time is a dull pain in my left middle abdomen and lower (at times). I also had some red spit last night but not before bed or once i woke up. Could it be some sort of issue with pancreas or gall bladder or stomach? I am not nauseous or vomiting or diarrhea
