Would like to discuss term prognosis for severe degenerative

Customer Question

Would like to discuss long term prognosis for severe degenerative arthritis with a physiatrist or neurousurgeon. Have had 25 + injections. Aim 62 and have been disabled for several years. As a retired dentist and mechanical engineer, making the pain only seems like it will further the damage. I had bariatric surgery, going from 365 to 175 lbs. which has greatly increased my lack of core support which I have been unable to restore. Dr. ***** *****
