Thanks for the response.
I'm 27, no heart disease, no major health issues ever.
The pain is right in the middle of my chest and feel worse when pressure is applied or when I sit or lay in certain positions.
It also moves towards the right side of my chest and causes a sharp back pain on occasion.

It comes and goes, I'm not constantly in pain but it has been more frequent lately.

Ok thanks for you reply.

The risk of heart disease is extremely low.

The pain is more right side predominant.

This can be due to the acid reflux disease commonly from esophageal spasms.

Another possibility can be due to the costochondritis.

Costchondriis is a condition due to the inflammation of the ribcage cartilage can cause pain on stretching of the affected ribs.

You should see your doctor for a clinical evaluation as well.

Best wishes
