I have this wierd tingling numb heavy feeling in both legs from under knee to my feet
JA: What seems to make the symptoms worse or better? Have you noticed any swelling?

How long has this symptom been occuring ?

It could relate to spinal stenosis of the lumbar spine ..

I recommend that you get checked by a neurologist or orthopedic specialist as next step ...

I think an MRI of lumbar spine may be helpful but that other tests may be needed

I hope that this information is helpful for you

Let me know if you have further questions or concerns

I will be happy to get back with you

If my answer has been helpful and to your satisfaction then please remember to leave positive feedback
