do you have runny nose or sinusitis or allergies which can cause sinus inflammation and loss of taste

zinc supplements can help restore taste as well.

Yes i have tried zinc zrytec daily for weeks and also sinus spray.

are you having sinus congestion?

you may need a course of antibiotics if you have a bacterial sinus infection.

are you using saline sinus spray? or a steroid sinus spray like Nasocort or Rhinocort?

I use Allegra 180mg daily. I find that works for allergies better than zyretc for me.
