Will OTC Or Prescription Drugs Cause False Positive For THC?

Customer Question

I just recently tested positive for THC by a urine test. I don’t do drugs. I am trying to find out if any of my over the counter or prescription drugs may have caused this false positive. Diclofenac, Fenofibrate, Folic Acid, Methotrexate, B-Complex, Fish Oil, Protonixs, Celexa and I recently stopped taking a new drug called Contrave, which is a mix of Wellbutrin and Naltrexone HCL. I need accredited proof that one or some of these medications has proven to cause a false positive. Any ideas where I can locate this information?
The test conducted was a urine test and I’ am in a registered nursing program and they have to have the documentation that they can show to clinical sites.

NSAIDS like ibuprofen, naproxen sodium, diclofenac can cause false positives for marijuana or THC in your urine screening tests.
Your doctors should be confirming your positive screening test with a confirmatory MS/GC mass spectroscopy/gas chromatography tests.
is an article about ibuprofen and how it can cause false positive for THC
