Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Your colon is a big organ located on the left anterior side of stomach.

Constipation, vomiting can be due to the inflammation of the colon.

Viral or bacterial infection can cause this.

Acute diverticulitis is one such condition.

Stress can add to the problem.

Improper low fiber diet is another contributing factor to these symptoms.

Bowel obstruction is another possibility.

Given these possibilities, you should go to the ER for further evaluation.
Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
