Customer Question

My boyfriends lab results showed low test, low vitamin d, MCV of 90, lymph 3.7, monocytes .6 and eos of .2. Thyroid panel was "in range" but looks to me (based on symptoms) that he is hypothyroid. His doc was only concerned w the low T and low vit d. Could there be something else going on?
JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: He saw a doc but is not currently taking medication
JA: What medications do you take daily? Are you allergic to any medications?
Customer: He takes a PPI daily (nexium) and allergic to nothing
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: His parents are both hypothyroid
