Customer Question

I had a priaprism about 5 years ago. I had an erection for over 15 hours and went to er and had the blood drained it was the most painful thing in the world but I have been having difficulty ejaculating since this has happened. It takes a while. Is there anything I should do or would this have nothing to do with it?

I am sorry you are having difficulty ejaculating since your event happened 5 years ago

yes, the timing of your symptoms seem to be related to this 15 hour erection

this could have damaged nerves in your penis which could make it difficult for you to ejaculate now

some medications like SSRI antidepression medications can make it difficult for you to ejaculate as well.

make sure your TSH thyroid stimulating hormone level is between 0.3 and 3.0 range.

are you on any antidepression medications now?
