Hi, Dr. Stan here to help you today.

Hi Eva, thanks for your question. From your description it is most likely a middle ear problem. It is most likely caused by pressure changes. There are several things you can do before having your doctor evaluate your problem. Do a valsalva maneuver (pinch your nose closed and blow with your mouth closed). You may also try to blow up a rubber balloon. This will help to regulate the middle ear pressure. If you can't clear the pressure, schedule an appointment with your doctor or an ENT doctor.

I am here to answer any additional questions you may have. Thank you for allowing me to provide assistance. I hope your medical problem(s) are resolved soon and you feel better. We are credited only after you give a positive rating of 3-5 stars for the information I provided. Thank you.
