Periodically I smell carbon dioxide. Factors: I have MS. I am not too bothered by it except with heat. In this area(Manassas, VA, USA) the temperature has been Very hot. Also, I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis. I would like to know the causes of smelling CO. Thank you

usually, carbon dioxide doesn't have a smell

you could be having inflammation of your sinuses or a mild sinus infection which could be causing you to have this smell.
