You have past history of pancreatitis?

How recent?

Have you been tested for or diagnosed with pancreatic insufficiency?

( that may be treated with supplemental medication to help boost your digestive enzymes if that should be the case )

The short answer to your question is YES --- you may eat eggs

It is mainly fatty foods to watch out for with healing from pancreatitis

I hope this is helpful for you
