This is Dr. David

this increased swelling can be from a blood clot or severe lymphedema or infection or circulation issue

it can be serious

you need to go to the ER emergency room right away for evaluation and ultrasound of the arm to check for blood clot and circulation issues.

how old are you?

do you have an ER close to you?

you should go to the ER if one arm is twice the size of the other arm

it could be a blood clot or problem with circulation.

numbness and tingling can be from pinched nerves or damaged of nerves.

you should go to the ER for evaluation.
