s minute iam suffering bad cramps in the hands as well as swollen feet I have tried drinking water but it passes through me quickly do I need to go to hospital if it continues
JA: What seems to make the symptoms worse or better? In general, how would you describe your health lately?
Customer: i have been in hospital with asthma as wellas a flu virus i came out of hospital on the 11th of august and put on a course of steroids and antibiotics for a week i have take 5 tablets of magmin
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: nothing elsei have type 2 diabetes but managed with diet

Thanks for your question.

This may be a sign of hypocalcemia that is decreased levels of calcium in blood.This can have serious repercussions and therefore it would be safer to go to Er if the cramps in hands are persistent.
