My husband has a dime sized raised lump on the front of his

Customer Question

My husband has a dime sized raised lump on the front of his neck. It is red and it forms pus in different spots around the lump. He had one and he went to the doctor. The doctor thought it was a sebaceous cyst but when he opened it he said it was only infected tissue so he removed it and that was about 2 months ago. My husband has been on antibiotics for about 2 months but since then he has had 3 more of these lumps which are going down his neck toward his chest. My husband says it is uncomfortable to tilt his head back because he can feel it and he says the lump itches. The doctor is now saying it is folliculitis but this lump is to big. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
