Customer Question

I constantly have thick white mucous stuck in my throat that I am unable to swallow so I try to spit it out. It's coming from my nose but I don't have a cold, cough, or congestion.

Hi, Dr. Stan here to help. This is most likely coming from your sinus cavities. It may be due to an allergen you are sensitive to or that you are a mouth breather and dry out the mucous lining in the back of your throat. You can have it evaluated by a visit to an ENT specialist who will diagnose and provide treatment. I am here to answer any additional questions you may have. Please leave a positive rating of 3-5 stars so I am credited for my response. Thank you.
