Why would I have sinus pain when I shake my head but no problem if I don't shake it?

Dear customer,

Thanks for your question.

Sinus headache pain is often intensified by bending or shaking the head, straining, coughing, or sneezing. This is likely due to the inflammation in the sinuses (mucus and infected), and shaking the head causes the inflamed tissue to hurt. This also may indicate that you may be having an infection of the sinuses, and need treatment.

Take are.
