I have been trying to get to sleep at nighttime. Since getting off my psychiatric medications. But, I have not been able to. Be able to fall asleep at 1:00 a.m. So I can get up at 6:00 a.m. on the 8th. I awoke at 7:30 a.m. today on the 5th. Can this be because, of a mental impairement or do you think I can rotate my schedule in time? Do you have any suggestions? I am suppossed to start Truck Driving school at 6:00 a.m. on the 8th.

what psychiatric medications did you stop? did your doctor want you to stop them?

that is good you woke up early today. you should exercise today. this will help make you more tired so you sleep early tonight and wake up early.

regular daily exercise can help you sleep better at night time.

even speed walking for 30-40 minutes swinging your arms and taking deep breaths can help.

don't take naps. taking naps will cause you to sleep less well at night time.
