Customer Question

Hi, I am a 19 year old female. I have always struggled with losing weight no matter what I try. I eat healthy - I can't stress this enough. I exercise almost daily. I probably could get a bit more sleep, but I utilize a pretty healthy lifestyle.
Most of my weight is around my belly and it's very stubborn. It is cellulite for the most part which concerns me that my body is having trouble letting go of toxins or maybe I'm having absorption problems. I should probably add I'm constantly thirsty and I'm always bloated. (Like always!)
I just want to know (if any) what tests I could have done to determine what this could be?
P.S. I wanted to bring up something... A few years ago, I began getting B12 injections once a week. I am not overweight and of healthy weight, but I did it since as I said I have such a stubborn fat problem... and the results were staggering! The nurse was even pretty shocked. I had lost 12 lbs in only 2 weeks of injections. And these lbs stayed off for 4 months after without any significant change to my diet or exercise regime.

I've already gotten my thyroid levels tested and I do not have hypothyroidism, so that can be ruled out.

How tall are you? How much do you weigh? Any weight change? Any medical problems? Any surgeries? Any medications including over-the -counter pills and herbs? Any family medical history? What have you tried to lose weight?

I am 5'8'' and 162 lbs. I have asthma and am allergic to basically everything. I only take medications for my asthma & allergies (albuterol & Allegra). I have Raynaud's or so that's what doctors tell me when I tell them my hands and feet are cold all the time.I have had one surgery to remove my tonsils because I get sick so often.. my immune system doesn't like me. I get sick very easily.Family medical history: High cholesterol and autoimmune-related diseases (not sure what one's, my grandma has lupus and rheumatoid arthritis) on my dad's side. Heavy and painful menstruation on my mom's side which I suffer from as well. I think we are pretty healthy otherwise.I haven't tried anything drastic to lose weight besides eating healthy and exercising. I am young and; therefore, I would think weight loss would come naturally, so I've always sensed that something is wrong... I should share that the weight loss is not my primary concern necessarily. I find these things to be out of the ordinary
- terrible circulation
- fatigue (even when I get a good night's sleep)
- brittle hair and nails for as long as I can remember
- extremely dry skin (maybe a result of allergies/asthma)
- constantly thirsty
- hot flashes my whole life (ex. walking from one room to the next that has a slight temp. change always causes me to break out in a sweat) <<< this one is a huge concern for me
