I have been told by my doctor that I have a bit abnormal

Customer Question

I have been told by my doctor that I have a bit abnormal enlarged red blood cells - was advised to cut down - not to stop - but to cut down on drinking. Will that cause a reversal? Any vitamins/dietary changes that would also help?

Thanks for this question

Yes, this is common with drinking excessively

Stopping drinking will cause a complete reversal

No vitamins are needed. Just stopping drinking
