How many doses per day have you been taking the Zanaflex?

It should be decreased gradually to stop.. such as 2mg/day decline in dose..

So if you took say 4mg three times a day .. thus 12mg/day total then you could decrease to 10 mg ( 4mg x 2 plus one 2mg dose)

then 8mg /day >> 6mg /day / 4 mg per day/ 2mg then off..

I hope that this is helpful for you
