Customer Question

I moved from Illinois to Florida, and I'm trying to get the same hydrocodone prescription I had in Illinois filled here. I saw a doctor and had my medical records sent to his office to prove I had a prescription, but now I cannot get a response from his office.
JA: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Customer: I take hydrocodone for bad migraines. I usually get 30 5mg a month.
JA: Is the headache episodic or daily? And what about nausea?
Customer: I do get nausea with them. Sensitivity to light. Sometimes I see floaters. They have been recurring the past year or so ever since my monthly cycle has been irregular.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I take sertraline and bupropion daily. I also take imitrex with my migraines, but it doesn't work unless I take 10 mg of hydrocodone with it.
