4 pills is more than he should have taken, but it should not be a toxic or dangerous dose for him.

Each pill is 220mg.

4 pills is 880mg.

Max daily dose is 1650mg a day.

Make sure he drinks plenty of water and avoid foods which upset his stomach since naproxen can upset the stomach.

If his stomach doesn't feel well, he can take maalox, mylanta, zantac, prilosec to help decrease stomach acid to help his stomach.
