I am 57, women, no gall bladder but experiencing pain in my lower right side almost bottom of stomach. Seems manageable while sitting but when I get up or move it is a sharp pain. Hello

Lower right is classic for appendicitis.

Upper right is gallbladder.

This can also be a colon problem.

An ovarian problem needs to be ruled out.

I would get an exam now.

Maybe a scan depending on exam.

ER.
