As such hematuria(Blood in Urine)is a common symptom in patient with kidney stone.

Probably the stone causes injury to the kidney resulting in hematuria.

You can followup with your urologist but this may not be a medical emergency.

Urologist may want to rule out any urinary infection due to stones and also want to rule out any hydronephrosis.
