I'm Dr Chaithanya attending you

This can be due to over use of muscles

You can take a week of rest , eat high protein diet, well nutritious diet, and start having multivitamin tablets[with minerals]
If there is no improvement for a week, then you need to get electrolyte tests like sodium, poassium, chloride, mg etc, to see if something is deficient

Hope this helps

Hi sorry, was offline for a while, I'm here now

about home remedies, heat passing is good. I don't suggest crepe bandage without knowing the cause of pain.
Also, get a leg Doppler test done along with the electrolyte test to see if blood circulation in the legs is normal

In fact you need an exam.

This can not be said to be overuse of the muscles and pain waking you at night can be a lower spine disc problem.

It can be a circulatory problem.

It can be an autoimmune disease problem.

You need an exam and a daignosis.

this is not home therapy and self help at this poin.

I am a double board certified US doctor.
