my husband inhaled antifreeze with leak detector in it. he says his lungs slightly raw. Should we be concerned.

What should we watch for? He said his exposure was outside underneath his tuck and it lasted about 2 minutes. within a few minutes he began to have the burning, raw sensation.

Most people do fine with a limited respiratory exposure such as you describe. That said, he could be very sensitive to it, especially if he has a history of asthma or other respiratory conditions. You would want to watch for shortness of breath or labored breathing, audible wheezing or persistent cough. You would also want to have him evaluated if he developed difficulty swallowing, fever or widespread rash.
