If my nails clubbed some and changed and shortened thanks to low blood oxygen levels thanks yo smoking not eating nutritiously not exercising all things I did all my life before 10 years ago , is there anyway to make nails change again ? Now that I quit smoking ?

Clubbing, if you really had it, would be a reflection of chronic disease, not the nails.

There is no way to change it back.

Treating the chronic disease effectively can stop the progression.

Maybe improve it a little.

This does not really look like clubbing.

But, you need to let your doctor look up close.

In anycase, if it is clubbing, the only solution is to treat the underlying disease.

Is there anyway I can reverse clubbing by cutting out the piece of my lung that's causing it? If lung scarring is what cause clubbing ? Bulbous nails etc
