Yes how can I help you?

I developed a cold or flu on Tue, May 31. I'm getting better, but still congested. Blowing my nose I'm getting some yellow and some blood some of the time. I blew my nose about 6 hours ago and got dizzy, felt faint for about a minute. About 30 minutes ago, I discovered that my right ear is bleeding. I've gently taken a Q-tip to just the outer portion of my ear, after two Q-tips there isn't any more blood, so it appears it's not bleeding anymore. Is this a medical emergency, or can I wait to go to Urgent Care tomorrow? Or do I have to go at all?
