I've been having the following symptoms a year: profuse

I've been having the following symptoms for over a year: profuse sweating, severe chills, and pain w diarrhea, stabbing pain in head, chest pain, sob, disorientation, confusion, hallucinations, lymphnode pain, tremors,severe muscle weakness and poor balance.
I have type 2 diabetes( no med needed,SIADH, hypothyroidism. Hypertension, asthma.
Thank you. Local drs can't find reason, although there's been made mention of autonomic disorder. Also there is a malfunction of adrenal glands. I am being referred to UCLA.

As you are Type 2 Diabetic and symptoms like Diarrhea , sweating , chills , tremors and muscular weakness could be possibly combination of Two important issues like this seems to Diabetic Autonomic Neuropathy which is the complication of Diabetes and second possibility of Hyperthyroidism should be ruled out .

I will suggest you when you go to dr ask them to rule out Hyperthyroidism and Autonomic Neuropathy .

Your issues will be resolved .

Diabetic Autonomic Neuropathy is one of the important differential that should be ruled out .
