Dr. Love, We are supposed to go to Norway to see the polar

Customer Question

Dr. Love,We are supposed to go to Norway to see the polar bears next weekend, but I caught my husband's cold, and now I am worried I will get viral pneumonia because I am immune compromised. My lymphocytes are 1.2 and my ANC is 1.8 (I know it doesn't matter for viruses). My husband got sick first and his turned into a cough, but he is getting better.I have a red back of my throat, (the soreness is gone), a thick feeling in my windpipe, and I need to clear my throat a lot. No aches. And no fever. What do you think the chances are that this will become viral pneumonia because I am immune compromised?
