This is Dr. David

the pacemaker will not instantly give her energy

it can prevent super low heart rates below 30 or 25 beats per second.

and could help pace her heart if her heart rate gets too low

but if she has a weak heart, she could still have low ejection fraction with a regular heart rate.

at her age, it may be difficult for her to do any physical therapy or cardio pulmonary rehabilitation.

so her energy levels and weak spells may not change too much

but there is a chance they could get better in 8-12 weeks or so

is she able to walk or do any sort of physical therapy? can she walk with a walker?
