Customer: My mom back in easter walked into a bench and hurt herself on right by the knee joint ever since then she has a hard time walking for a period of time with her dog. She states it feels numb like her muscle is asleep. Don't know what to due anymore.

After injury such issue should be addressed properly , often post injury fluid accumulation in joint or inflammation of soft tissue could be the reason of such symptoms .

I will suggest you to have ultrasound of her legs , so that appropriate treatment may be offered to her .
