My wife says she's having her worst migraine ever. She's in the recliner with a damp cloth over her head, moaning. She's had them before but never so severe. She took 2 butabital-Asa-caffeine cap actav###-##-####01 about an hour and a half ago. She says it didn't help. What else can I do? Should she go to the ER?
