Hi This is Dr Stan here to help you today. I need some more information so I can help you. How old are you, what medication do you take every day, what medical problems are being treated for currently, if any. Once you provide this information, I will better be able to help.

Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Sorry to hear about your symptoms.

Hialtal hernia must have worsened further.

If most of your stomach is sliding up to the chest cavity you will get these symptoms.

Hence you will need to see a GI surgeon to discuss about hiatal hernia repair.

A CT scan of the chest and abdomen is also recommended first.
Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
