This is Dr. David

you need to consult with an ENT doctor

you need a sinoscopy scope to look into your sinuses

and you need a sinus CT Scan

you might need a steroid nasal spray to help clear up your sinuses and help you breath better.

long term chronic sinusitis inflammation of the sinuses can also be helped with a course of antibiotics

in rare cases, sinus surgery is needed.

How often i should do netty pot and how long?
Expert:  Dr. David replied 1 year ago.

I would try it once a day and see if it starts to help your symptoms.

if it helps, you can use it twice a day
