fluid in the inner ear can be hard to drain out

you can try steam showers and steroid nasal sprays like Nasocort or Rhinocort to decrease inflammation in the throat to help inner ear fluid drain out

you can try to yawn and thrust your lower jaw forward at the same time to open up you eustachian tube to help drain fluid down into your throat.

this can take some practice.

antihistamines like benadryl or allegra can sometimes help

let me know if you have questions.
