Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

You should use epsom salt in warm water ( 1 table spoon in bowl of water) for soaking.

Epsom salt has hygroscopic property which may help to reduce the swelling.

Compression stockings should be considered as well during walking or standing to prevent swelling.

Please keep your legs elevated as much as possible while not walking or standing.
Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
