Hi This is Dr Stan and I will help you today. You are describing a common problem with many people. The cause is usually not enough fluid intake and too little fiber in your diet. Increase your fluids (water) intake to 8-10, 8 ounce glasses daily and increase your fiber either with fresh fruit and vegetables (green leafy) or a fiber supplement like Metamucil.
