Hi there i am 23 years old and about to go to National Championships for Rhythmic Gymnastics and I have just found out that my husband and i are pregnant (not planned) I will be approx 10 weeks along at the competition... am i still avle to continue with my training to compete?

Strenuous exercise is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy.

So I would not recommend continuing with your training if you are planning to continue on your pregnancy.
