HelloThere are a number of reasons that this can happen.Hyperthyroidism.Malabsorption due to celiac disease or other problems, gluten sensitivity, bile or liver problems, pancreatic problems and so on.You need to be seen by an internal medicine doctor now.Diabetes is not likely given your lack of other symptoms, and you would probably be overweight.Save time, Find me anytime by request in medial.
