I have had white chalk discharge not wet but dry for the past couple of months. I thought it may be a yeast infection. So I did over the counter meds.

Resistant yeast infection may require oral diflucan treatment.

But symptoms like itching, redness also should be present.

If not, then this can be a normal physiological discharge.

Estrogen can make the vaginal glands to produce excessive secretions.

Bacterial infection like group B strep, gardenella are other possibilities.
