Low MCV and high RDW can be due to the smaller sized red cells with less hemoglobin.
Commonly seen in iron deficiency.
Sickle cell trait also can contribute to that.
High RBC count can be due to the dehydration or fasting before the blood test commonly.
Smoking also can cause this.
